2000 United States Census
The Census Bureau is currently releasing state-by-state demographic
data based on Census 2000. As each state is released, the set
of compressed ASCII files will be made available for download
from the Census Bureau's new search-and-retrievaldatabase, American
FactFinder <http://factfinder.census.gov> and via its FTP
server <http://www2.census.gov/census_2000>. At the same
time, these files will be available for purchase from the Census
Bureau's Customer Services Center on recordable CD-ROMs. For information
